The recruitment process is very simple, those interested can approach us and have their details registered. If the candidate is needed any training in terms of Professional English, Interview Skill, Enhancement & International Professional Etiquette, then we are ready to do that within a very short span of time with the help our highly experienced coaches.
Our Placement program is so wide that it covers both technical and non technical positions including IT/BPO jobs,jobs in Hotels/Restuarants/Textiles/Shopping Malls/etc. We also have recruitment programs for Doctors/Nurses/Paramedical staff/Medical Executives/Teachers/Marketing/Shop keepers/Reception ist/Graphic Designers/Construction workers etc; interms of professional English, Interview, Skill Enhancement which smooth our recruitment program over.
Our recruitment process is well organized in such a way that interview training is given if the candidate is found less confident to face the interview, after the course an English proficiency certificate is issued with which the candidates can approach our clients. The training is not given to the candidates who are proficient in English communication. We do have a good network of clientele with whom whom we can have discussions.
